Download the 7 page editable Application Form; save to your computer; type in the information required; once happy, print; sign; have a third party witness; scan and email to us, along with the required Support Documents download here.

Option 3 – Where guarantor support required
This mainly applies to ‘first home buyers’ or where we might further require after assessment of your application.
The applicants/buyers use either Option 1 or Option 2 above, plus provide required Support Documents.
The party or parties going as guarantor(s)#, typically a direct family member such as parents or siblings, need to download and complete the Guarantors Statement, plus provide relevant Supporting Documents, download here.
#NOTE. The guarantor(s) must be those whose names appear on the Council Rate Notice of the real estate listed under ‘Assets’. If an ‘Asset’ is in joint names, both names must be listed on the Guarantors Statement and sign etc.
